What is hydrated skin?

Hydration is the process of absorbing water. Our skin needs water for elasticity and strength. 7 ways to hydrate skin 

  1. Drink more water

  1. Take protective measures against direct sunlight

Avoid direct sunlight between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., wear protective clothing, and always wear broad spectrum SPF of 30 and above daily. Remember to reapply sunscreen every 2 to 3 hours.
