FIELD SALES MANAGER
Job Title: Field Sales Manager
Overview: This responsibility of this role is to achieve sales targets by actively engaging with customers in the market, promoting our products/services, and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth in designated territory.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets set for the designated market area.
- Identify potential customers to expand the customer base , generate leads, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations as required.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor and assess sales performance metrics, taking corrective actions as needed to achieve sales goals.
- Stay updated on beauty trends , new products, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events as necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2 years) in sales. ( cosmetics or the beauty industry is a plus.)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of beauty market trends, and sales techniques.
- Ability to travel as needed and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
