GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Role

In the role of Graphic designer, you will join our creative team and work closely with our Brand Director and Performance Marketing team, with the primary focus on ideating and producing both video and static content for our social media channels.

To thrive in this role, you should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where you are expected to take initiative, with an ability to design, ideate and produce quality visual / design assets under tight deadlines.

What will you do:

  • Ideate, design and produce a wide range of still and motion graphic graphics predominantly for our social media channels.
  • Lead graphic productions on wider touch points that include but are not limited to web banners, print materials, newsletter graphics and other website content.
  • Together with the Performance Marketing team follow the results of the creatives, and ideate and optimise them further

What we are looking for/Requirements:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, motion graphics and video creation
  • Experience with design software and technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite and Premier Pro, InDesign or similar
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • A strong eye for visual components and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • A design style that champions and resonates with the Uncover brand
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus but not a must
  • Photographer skills is a plus

Social Media & Community Manager

The Role

As Social Media & Community Manager, you will be responsible for delivering against Uncover’s social media strategy. You will focus on curating and creating engaging content that builds community, strengthens audience loyalty and engagement and increases brand awareness across all social touchpoints. To thrive at this role, we think you should live and breathe social media, with a natural understanding of social media strategies, creation and trends. A self starter, who takes ownership of your tasks, with an outstanding creative flare and growth mindset.

What will you do:

  • Implement Uncover’s social media strategy against set brand and growth objectives, such as increasing following, engagement metrics and website traffic
  • Manage, schedule and execute daily content publication
  • Produce static and video content across relevant social channels
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, and visual content
  • Ensure all content suits any given social media/platform using tools such as Canva, Adobe or similar, with support from Uncover’s design team
  • Attend shoots and events where possible to create engaging BTS content
  • Support ad hoc marketing requirements
  • Work closely with Customer Support to monitor and respond to all comments on social media and blogs – ensuring consistency and brand messaging
  • Report on social media insights to the wider team during weekly team meetings – adjusting Uncover’s social media tactics accordingly.

What we are looking for/Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in social media marketing/digital marketing
  • Previous experience running a Company’s social media strategy and content
  • Successful track record in building a brand and community through social media
  • Data-driven and can identify how metrics translate into learnings and action points
  • Ability to make Reels or short videos is a plus
  • Photography skills is a plus
  • Previous experience at a consumer products or women’s health company is desirable

SEO SPECIALIST

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and professional SEO Specialist to consult for our marketing team. In the role of SEO Manager, you will join our creative team and work closely with our Brand Director and Performance Marketing team, with the primary focus of designing and implementing the SEO strategy and ensuring our content is search-engine optimized.

To thrive in this role, you should have a profound knowledge in SEO strategy, technical SEO, keyword and content analysis, and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where you are expected to take initiative, and work under tight deadlines.

What will you do:

  • Define, manage and implement the Company’s overall SEO strategy
  • Cover web marketing, web analytics, content optimisation, strategy planning, link building, and keyword strategy
  • Improve our organic search rankings and thus, provide exceptional search engine optimization services
  • Lead research for SEO keywords and use Google ad words extensively
  • Optimise the content of landing pages, blogs and websites
  • Manage content in off-page search engine optimization tasks like link-building, forum commenting, etc
  • Manage our pay per click search campaigns and KPI’s for their success
  • Collaborate with relevant teams during marketing campaigns
  • Analyze the insights and create a report on all aspects of SEO including the audience, traffic, views, clicks, rankings, etc
  • Stay up to date regarding search engine optimization and marketing standards.

  • Knowledge of web analytics tools including Moz, Clicktale, Matomo, Google Analytics or similar
  • Outstanding written as well as verbal communication skills
  • Professional SEO and SEM Certification
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
